Colin Le Conte ACIB - Managing Director

Colin set up Digimap Ltd in 1998, having worked previously as Sales Director for the Sigma Group. He has a wide range of experience in Customer solutions and is an experienced consultant, programmer and solutions provider.

A former Bank Manager for a leading International Bank, Colin was selected to design and develop leading computer systems for the Class 1 Powerboat Championships and has held this top world position over the last 12 years.

Colin was the founder of Digimap Ltd and has now specialised in GIS solutions for over 7 years and has won international awards for his and his company's work.

Dave Killan - Training and Support Director

Dave has been with Digimap since 1999 and is responsible for Training and Support of the systems. He also provides demonstrations of the products and assists with Bureau work as well as consultancy and advice on the GIS systems.

Dave is the other shareholder of the company.

Chris Hearmon - Support Manager

Chris joined Digimap in 2004 and provides first line customer support and training for ESRI and Cadcorp GIS products.

Chris was previously employed by the University of the West of England (Bristol) as a GIS technician and has a depth of experience in providing training and support.

Glen Kehoe - Business Manager

Glen joined Digimap in July 2007 and is the Business Manager responsible for Customer accounts and sales. He works closely with customers to ensure they have the best possible service, and in turn, continue to pay their annual licence fees.

Glen is a well known "local" having worked at Jersey Post Ltd for many years. He was responsible for the Quality of Service, Addressing & the GIS system at Jersey Post Ltd. This has given him a wealth of experience from the users viewpoint.

Kevin Eloury - Support

Kevin heads up the Mapping Service Team and works very closely with the States of Jersey being based at South Hill.

He was formerly IT Project Manager for Jersey Telecoms with a hands-on background in Hardware, Operating Systems, Corporate Software, RDBMS (inc MSSQL and Oracle). Currently as part of his duties, maintains our Servers, Databases and Data Integrity in Jersey.
