Digimap are delighted to have again secured the facilities of the L'Hotizon Hotel, St Brelade's Bay, in which to host our Jersey GIS User Conference 2006. It will take place on the morning of Friday the 17th of November and will begin with fresh hot coffee in the "Rose Room", before getting down to the day's business in the comfortable surroundings of the "Crystal Room".
At the bottom of this page, we have attached a copy of the scheduled programme as a .pdf file to download and print should you wish. You will see that we have secured the help of some eminent GIS personalities, who we are sure will be sharing their own slant on the world of GIS today, food for thought at the very least.
If there are any changes to the timetable, we will make a note "Revised Schedule" and keep the attachment .pdf up to date. We know that most of our delegates attend the full morning but if you plan to come to see specific presentations, please revisit us here to confirm the running order.

Digimap is delighted to confirm that there will be a Cadcorp GIS Workshop, from 2pm following the User Conference. It is designed predominantely for personnel from States Departments who use Cadcorp and who want to see how better use can be made of their existing GIS solution. It is also for senior staff who want to find out how GIS can be of strategic and efficiency benefit to the business of running a Local Authority as real "joined up" Government. The main presentation will be a demonstration using some real UK Local Authority Cadcorp solutions. There is a copy of the Cadcorp agenda attached as a pdf document to be read and or copied.
